Relationships, exercise, sleep, finances, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.
After struggling with my own health for years and healing my body through food and lifestyle choices, I knew that I wanted to use what I learned to help others.
I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and love being able to help others meet their wellness goals.
