About Stephanie
My Story
I graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Environmental Studies. I spent the next six years teaching high school and middle school science. I also went back to receive my Master's in Education.
I left public education to raise my three boys- but after the birth of my third son, began struggling with my own health. In February of 2013, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. This diagnosis changed my life, and the life of my family, forever!
We were determined to get to the root of my pain and to heal my body. Over the next few years, we researched and educated ourselves on disease, inflammation, gut health, and so much more. I worked hard to heal my body and regain control of my health. I became passionate about healthy living, healing the body naturally, and preventing illness. It was this passion that led me to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). I am also a Wellness Advocate and Essential Oil Educator for doTERRA and a Green Cleaning Consultant for Norwex.
My mission is to empower individuals and families to choose natural solutions that benefit their health and their homes.
