My name is Stephanie. I am a mom of three active boys and a former middle school science teacher.  In February of 2013, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.  It was this diagnosis that changed my life forever. I spent the next few years healing my body and taking control of my health.  Its' now my passion to educate and empower others to live healthy, happy lives.
